P3 author Reese Erlich appeared on KPFK’s “Uprising” with Sonali Kolhatkar. Reese’s recent trip to Afghanistan puts him in a good position to comment on the latest round of violence there, and Sonali is an exceptionally adroit host, especially (but not only) on this topic. Reese talks about corruption, the drug trade, the U.S. support for the current narco-state there, and the dubious effects of the recent U.S. troop escalation. Highly recommended.
